What a pleasant experience it was being with this insurer. My only quarrel is that the premiums are a bit expensive when I compared to other insurers and they were not able to match or better the other premiums, which is why I had to cancel my insurance with them. Either than that, I was a very happy client with both my claims with them going really smooth.

I must say, the cancellation process was very smooth. Shamanie Naidoo, who was helping me, was very pleasant, and very knowledgeable.
