Shamaine Naidoo - Discovery Insure Client Retentions
Shamaine Naidoo from the retentions department has done an outstanding job of keeping a client who was just about ready to shop around! Within a minute, she had analysed our portfolio and reduced our premium by around a whopping R700 a month! Thank you, thank you, Shamaine and Discovery, for making my day!
