I have been with Discovery Insure for almost 2 years and when I couldn't continue with them anymore, I had to cancel. The reason for cancellation was clearly based on personal reasons (vehicle sold) and not the service. I spoke to their retention consultant Shafick Allow and I have to say he was awesome. From the time I spoke to him to when the policy was cancelled and a refund processed, it was a flawless process.

They removed the tracker from the car and refund processed, all this in less than 3 days. I'm really grateful for the help I got. It made my day and the stress of selling the car much easier. Shafick, keep up the good service and one!! You are an absolute STAR!!!
