I have been a Discovery broker with a growing client base since 2012. In the past 6 years, I have dealt with many Discovery Insure employees with good service. However, on Friday, 27 September 2019, I received EXCELLENT SERVICE from SHAFICK ALLOW in the Retentions department of Discovery Insure's branch at Sandton.
