Shafick Allow - Discovery Insure
Many times we dread calling helplines because of the horrible and unprofessional service you would receive, however my experience while Speaking to Shafick Allow from Discovery Insure Retensions was the complete opposite. I felt like I was speaking to a close friend, all my questions were answered as well as giving me so much valuable information which makes it easier to make an informed decision about who I would choose as my short term insurer. He was professional, well informed, polite, he paid attention and above all he made me feel like i was at home with Discovery Insure. Thanks for the amazing service Shafick Allow. We can learn from his approach to customer service.
