Shafick Allow Discovery Insure

Shafick Allow is worth a mention! he is from Discovery's retention department. I had concerns with regards to my current vehicle and why the monthly instalments don't go down each year. A very thorough explanation came from him. He is obviously well trained to answer almost any question because I tested and argued and he was friendly and kind and also caring! I am in recruitment and he is definately a "walking placement"a staff member to be looked after :)
