Shady Discovery Insure business practices

Discovery Insure claims assessment is unfair. They cannot replace my specified nudge bar so when I opted for another option they ensured lowest amount payable and I have to drive with holes in the bumper from a part that cannot be fitted as it is discontinued.

Beware they use a company called Net Assess to lower the amounts payable. The impression I got from Net Assess is backyard mechanics as the Net Assess assessor offered his number to a passer by so his friend can repair his car in his back yard, probably for a kick-back.
