SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES

<p>This is really a crummy company! - They charge high premiums and frustrate you with their claims processes and dishonest behaviour. I needed my convertible roof replaced because well it broke! Im no expert, but roof is stuck half way and wont close. That equals broken to me. - They send me to some assesment centre in Benoni. Im no assessor, but I can sure as hell tell you that my roof is broken and I need assistance - Isn't that why I am paying for comprehensive cover????! - According to their rather ***** assessors, a BMW convertible roof will cost R53.00( Fifty Three Rands) to fix and therefore falls within my excess.An automatic cabrio roof - Yeah right! - According to a certain Nhlanhla Msimang in their claims department. I think any bmw owner will attest to the fact that no part on a bmw cost R53.00!!!! - My entire roof needed replacement. That actually cost me thousands of rands!</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, they reject my claim and tell me "Sorry buddy Your car's too old. No help for you." - And predictably enough....they send me a letter stating that my premiums are increasing. Based on what ? - Helping themselves to more of my money in return for zero service???</p> <p> </p> <p>Crummy stuff. Dont waste youre hard earned money on these ******!</p>
