SETTLEMENT OF MY VEHICLE CLAIM

<p>I would just like to say once again what a wonderful experience I have had with Discovery.</p> <p>I became a customer of Discovery in 2015 and having been in a unique situation at that stage, Discovery, took me on board and for this will be forever greatful.</p> <p>On 17 June 2017 my son was involved in an accident which was not his fault. I phoned Discovery and straight away from the initial consultant through to the final person handling my claim being Itumeleng Letsapa I have once again been overwhelmed with the service in all departments.</p> <p>If you listen to my conversations with the consultants throughout the time it took to finalise my claim, which was yesterday 27 June 2017 you will hear that I can be a pain as I like things done quickly.</p> <p>Howver, whilst yes one needs to ensure that all bases are covered when taking out the insurance policy that you are not shocked when you have to claim, which I am very pedantic about, you still need the experience from the consultant to make sure you are covered how you expect to be.</p> <p>Having said this, once again it is a breath of fresh air to receive such good service. I would ask if at all possible that you send my communication Senior Management at Discovery so they can firstly note my full support for Discovery as a company and also to make mention of the individuals somewhere so the receive the recognition they so rithly deserve.</p> <p>This includes the great service from individual that has emailed me handling the legal recovery claim for Discovery, which I am not sure if I can mention the name at this stage, as it is a legal matter which has not been concluded yet.</p> <p>In conclusion not enough people say thank you but I do.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks again.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Mark Noble</p>
