Settlement of claim

I would like to thank Ms Manasseh Plaatjies for prompt and speedy settlement of my claim that I had when the screen was damaged on my Sinotec 49 inch Flat Screen TV. I like to also thank the management of Discovery Insure for recruiting professional staff like Manasseh Plaatjies that offer smooth and speedy settlement for claims to their clients. I would also like the management to look into promoting good staff like Ms Manasseh Plaatjies, so that she can instill her good values to the other staff and uphold the image of Discovery Insure.
