Settlement Dispute

I recently had a claim on my vehicle where Discovery directed me to North West Pannel beaters to have my car repaired.

The pannel beater caused additional damage to my vehicle and it is now being ignored. Some damaged was also rejected as not being part of the claim and eventually it was agreed to have it added but I have to now again pay another excess and the damaged parts that I have replaced are aimed to be settled at a lower value.

Be careful of discovery Insure, they are not what they say the are. My claim has now taken 3 months with no positive outcome!
