Service/premium review/cancellation

I phoned Mathibedi Chueu from the Retentions Department to cancel a policy. He phoned me back and tried to convince me to reinstate the policy, but was unable to match my new offer. His attitude was great as, although he was losing business, he proceeded to cancel my policy, without further delay, and confirm the date from which I will no longer pay Discovery Insure. I appreciate the good service.
