Service with a smile

In todays world where people who are supposed to render a service treat us as if they are doing us a favour, dealing with Asa was like a breath of fresh air. One could pick up telephonically that she serves with a smile, demonstrates that she is competent in her field and went the extra mile to offer me advice on things that I did not even ask for but that turned out to be very useful. It is people like her who make the company great.
