My vehicle was scheduled for a tracker fitment on the 19th of August at the Discovery Drive Centre in Cape Town CBD.

When I arrived, they immediately knew who I was and what the vehicle was there for. I was shown to a consultant namely Riyaad Adakarie, he explained what the procedure would be for the fitment, did a pre inspection on the vehicle with excellent knowledge and ease, it was clear he knew what he was doing. He then directed me to the visitors lounge where I could wait, however I decided to leave the car and return for it as the turnaround time was 2 hours. Within 1 hour I received a call to say my vehicle was ready for collection. I was impressed with the speed and also his outstanding customer service. His excellent knowledge of the business and his job, coupled with his cheerful and outstanding customer service skills made him a five star player to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. Well done.
