SERVICE WITH A HEADACHE

<p>Was in a car accident 21 April 2016. After millions of phone calls from my side, no one from DISCOVERY WILL EVER RETURN MY CALL. Took them a whole month (or should i say me) to evetually pay me out after BEEN SAID THE ARE SETTLING THE BANK AND STILL FIXING THE OTHER TWO CARS THAT WAS INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT, WHICH I HAD TO PAY EXCESS FOR OF COURSE. A big fight to extend my car hire for an exrta week because of them dragging my payments ( THEY WHERE NOT PREPARED TO HELP ME AS THE SAY THEY ARE ON TIME WITH THERE CLAIM). Had to get 3 settlement lettlers from my bank.TODAY 6 June 2016 I contacted the bank to see if everything is finilised and NO SETTLEMENT AMOUNTS HAS BEEN MADE AT ALL FROM DISCOVERY TO MY BANK. I asked them 4 times to send me a proof of payment and once again no feedback.... I AM DONE WITH THIS INSURANCE!!!!!!!! And off course they will take forever to try and sort this problem out for me as well... GET YOUR GAME BACK IN ORDER DISCOVERY</p>
