**** service when claiming

Absolutely atrocious service received from Discovery insure, I have submitted the required supporting documents/ evidence and saps report for my claim. Yet no response, no phone call from Discovery (Palesa Magetla, the claim handler), the day I call and the story changes. I experience such below-par service from Discovery, it's embarrassing to say I'm a client of theirs. To date, no feedback has been received regarding my claim number ***.
