Service surprise

Damaged cell phone. Bianca Petersen who was the consultant took my claim very serious and made my claim a breeze. She understood that my cell phone was not just a phone but a business tool for communication purposes with clients. She had my phone replaced the same day - I was expecting a few days without a phone as it will be going in for repairs. This was really really a surprise and refreshing. I also want to thank Discovery Insure for allowing this kind of service. The claim was settled in beginning October and I have been to busy to take time to write a thank you note to Bianca - but it has always been in the back of my mind and this also attests to what an impression this claim experience has left on me.
