Service redeemed after no feedback *Walter Mogale*

<p>I had a query on a policy that was added to my profile without my knowledge. I battled for over a week for feedback and was furious with the 2 consultants who never bothered to get back to me from Discovery Insure.</p> <p> </p> <p>I reached Walter Mogale - and he had a tough job on his hands. I was fraustrated and annoyed and he was calm and patient. He took my details, and promised to call me back with feedback which he duly did.</p> <p><br />Walter went out of his way to get to the bottom of a very long and complicated story. He actually saved a huge potential problem as I had inadvertantly cancelled my insurance and was driving around in my fully paid of car - not knowing this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since re-activated - purely because of Walters excellent service.
