Service Received

One of my clients had a Building claim for his alarm with Discovery Insure. I was extremely impressed with the building specialist - Marnus Louw who phoned me as the financial adviser to tell me that the he is going to approve the claim and what the next steps will be. It was fantastic to receive the feedback and it was NOT necessary for me to follow up on the claim the whole time.
