<p>Kelebogile Bezu has been very effecient in assisting me with my claim from the very first time she called after being allocated my claim. She was very sympathetic to my situation and helpful in her dealings with me, she followed up right until my TV was delivered to my home and fitting of the windscreen to the car. </p> <p>She went as far as advising me on where to claim for home owners insurance because our door and gate were broken into, and other things I needed to find out about. She's a very warm and caring person. Excellent service she offered!</p>
