Service Par Excellence

I woud be remiss if I did not commend Pablo from Discovery Insure (Classic division). This lady is exceptionally brilliant.

I had called in twice on a pricing issue. Mind you at this point I had an irrate client waiting at a dealership for collection. In came service Par Excellence - Pablo instead of escalating the query to pricing. Immediately narrowed the scope of the error, within a second, after having received full context.

She then took ownership and resolved the matter in full. While I waited in baited breadth, as if a freshmen at this magnificent display of service.

I have to say, this level of diligence, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile demonstrates a genuine commitment to service excellence. The interaction was handled with professionalism, clarity, and care, resulting in a seamless and highly satisfactory outcome.
