**** SERVICE FROM LIABILITY DEPARTMENT

Discovery Insure Liability department has been sitting with my 3rd Party claim for almost 3weeks now & I have always had to chase them for updates & feedback. • They’re client hit me from behind whilst I was stationery at a traffic light & their client was very compliant & helpful in the matter but still they take their sweet time to conclude my claim.

Over & above that, when they do, they give me a quote & settlementthat is probably half of what of the cost will be & still take their sweet time in rectifying it.

They are currently working from home but cos it’s Friday, Non of them are answering their phones today, am told managers are in meetings; don’t know how if they working from home. I’m still sitting with a smashed up car 3 weeks after the accident & still fighting a simple clear cut case which their client verified!
