Service for cancellation bad

I have recently sold my house and would like to cancel the insurance, Discovery is quick to answer when they think you gonna add something to the policy or make changes, when you tell them you wanna cancel they “transfer” you to the cancellation department, then you hold on to nothingness and listen to there anoying tune. Quick to take your money slow to stop the policy. Or the call centre is so busy as everyone is canceling there policies??? I have made 2 calls now and seccond time the operator just apologised and transfered me again just to hold on... nice service from Discovery
