Service excellence still exists in SA.

Exceptional customer service from V. Ntsele. On 21 September I was dreading calling Discovery Insure due to poor past experiences. I made the call for a windscreen replacement. The call was seamless, as I was still waiting for the ball drop where I will be interrogated like a ******** and made to feel like an inconvenience for making a claim. Mr Ntsele was empathetic to my situation. We made the necessary arrangements for a service provider. When the chosen service provider failed to contact me, he followed it up. Throughout the week, he made the effort to send an email to check if all is well. I genuinely appreciate the effort. Getting good customer service in South Africa is sadly an anomaly. Thank you for reminding me that service excellence still exists.
