SERVICE EXCELLENCE FROM DISCOVERY INSURE

I was approached by another insurer at a much lower premium. I called Discovery and spoke to Shaffick. He courteously did a quote comparison for me without me sending him the quote. He got the information of his own initiative from the AA site ( I did not know this could be done). He then went through my policy benefits in detail and advised that he can down-grade my policy to exactly as the other insurer and offer a better premium. I did not want this. Further he then spent time taking me through proper use of the policy benefits and the app to maximize its benefits. He is a credit to Discovery Insure. Discovery Insure itself is amazing. Not 2 months after insuring with them, I had an accident, bumped from the rear. The incident had barely happened and I had not even alighted from the vehicle, when I got a call asking if I was in an accident. From there on my claim was made, vehicle repaired without a SINGLE form filled, within a month. Big claim to efficiency by Discovery in Marketing, even Bigger claim to living it.
