Service Excellence!
I had an issue with my car insurance, and without delving into the finer details. I would really like to commend the impeccable service I got from Theo Mokhine, the Executive Relationship Manager at Discovery Insure. He was transparent right through the process and he managed to solve an issue that I had been battling with for 2 months in just less than 48 hours!!!
