I had an accident on the evening of Sunday 22 February 2020. when the accident happened Discovery insure called me to inquire if I was OK. They guided me through the process and arranged for a tow truck to take the car away. An assessor by the name of Juan Marie Erasmus contacted me the next morning to guide me through the claim process and all the information she required. She was exceptionally professional and displayed much EMPATHY for my situation FIRST. As soon as I gave her all the information she required, she contacted all the parties involved and processed my claim by the Wednesday the same week. She also went the extra mile by contacting Discovery Insure claims consultants on my behalf with question I had that was not in her domain sparing me the time, wait and cost associated with calling Call Centers. She also informed me who would take over the claim once her assessment was done and the process going forward. Although her work was done, she did not hesitate to inform me to call her if any problems arose. This was client service with excellence...!!! I was dealt with as a client and not just another claim. Her mindset was to satisfy the client with service excellence and the end to end process and not just hand over when her part was done. GREAT JOB Juan Marie and I truly appreciate YOU......
