Service Excellence
I would like to compliment Yvonne Hooman on service excellence. I was about to cancel my insurance policy with Discovery Insure, but after a consultation with Yvonne, she fixed that that was wrong and offered me a deal on my current policy that I could not refuse. She retained me as a customer. Very happy with her professionalism and friendliness
