My interaction was with Fundiswa Loza from the retentions department. I had an issue with my premium that was returned. I then requested fir change of banking details and for debit to be put through on a certain date. This never happened and was resubmitted and returned as they didn't follow my request. Enter Fundiswa Loza and everything turned around. Lovely woman, patient and explained all in detail. End result happy client staying with discovery
