SERVICE DELIVERY FOR A CLAIM

I want to thank Riaan Whitney for the effort and work he has done to finalise my claim on policy ***. I had lightning struck my house on 25 November 2022. He was on site within 2 hours and had identified people for every job by the end of the working day.

And as we all know, contractors tries to complete all outstanding work in December before they close for the holidays. So I got frustrated. But Riaan always assisted when I contacted him. He head advise for every situation and talking to the contractors, you can see they have a good working relationship as well.
