SERVICE COMPLETION
Please advise why tour consultants do not return calls to clients when we get cut off. One cannot be expected to keep calling back,speaking to a different person everytime a call is disconnected!
Something that should take 15 minutes to resolve ends up taking up hours or a few days,which impacts changes on products
