service beyond my expectation

<p>I would like to Thank Walter Mogale from Discovery insure for the most wonerful service he gave me. He solved my query and even went beyond my expectation. I would like to applaud him fro all he did for me. I was frustrated when i called but he listened to all my frustrations, went and talked to the different departments on my behalf and then came back to me with facts.
