Called Discovery Insure Retention department this morning to follow up on my long outstanding query due to the error from the broker and was assisted by Fundiswa Loza. Within few minutes my issue was resolved, what a good customer experience!! Fundiswa Loza you are star with exceptional customer service s****s. Keep up the good work!!
