Service

I have being calling and trying to get a hold of a claim for more than 7 months. Unfortunately, the service was very bad and poor. I was disappointed and ignored by discovery consultants for a long time. I felt abandoned, misused and abused by discovery. However, I had spoked to Patricia Lekalakala from the Retentions department, who provided an excellent service. Patricia is an extraordinary woman. She gave me great assistance. Finally, my vehicle was taken to the body repair and fixed but I have taken a decision to cancel my policy due to the lack of reliability and misuse and abuse of the client's trust.
