Service as claims consultant

Lightning struck one of my TV's, I lodged the claim on the Discovery app and she was excellent in all ways possible, she kept me up to date every step of the way. She was sufficient and always friendly and on top of it she handled it quickly and made sure that her client is happy and knows exactly whats going on and how long and far the claim is. She is definitely a good asset to the company.
