Serushin Naidoo

I just would like to thank Serushin Naidoo, Msuthukazi Sue Kwatsha and Ele Leeuw and Kastello Govender for all their help. Most especially Serushin Naidoo and Kastello who has been an absolute Legends!

Firstly : Msuthukazi and Ele helped me when no one could. they are from the Emergency line and helped me with my hired car when its not even their job to. they could have easily said wait till Monday but no they told me they going to help and got me the car within the hour. Great service thank you.

Ok now for Serushin Naidoo, Wow i have never had service like this before. Serushin stepped in when i was struggling with service. He is the Head of his dept and i know how busy they can be but he took time daily to check in, took time daily to follow up and run around for me as his client. He made me feel like i was his only client and they only person he was helping, which i know is not the case. Serushin went above and beyond and beyond that to make sure i was comfortable after not having my car for 2 months. he made me forget that i was waiting that long and that for me is world class service. Thank You so much Serushin. Thank you for upholding the Discovery name. You are the most humbling human being i have had the honor to speak to. You are an inspiration seeing that i am also in the servicing game. Thank you again for all the work put in.

Kastello Govender : I was about to cancel my membership due to some bad service i was getting from certain individuals and here steps in Kastello who convinced me to reconsider by showing me that there is such a thing as great people in servicing. He followed up and made sure i was OK and assured me that if i need anything at all and he meant anything regarding my insurance i can email him. The beauty of this is that he didnt need to do take all this on, but his passion for service and making sure the client is happy overtook his own needs. Thank you Kas!
