Sensors / tracking not working

Sensor / tracker not working and being an issue on all of my vehicles. Issue is that it doesn't pick up the vehicles complete trip on some devices, on my device it picks up ht trip but doesn't score, except for braking that hasn't happened. How can it record some things and others not. Think properly before making the move to discovery if this is one of the draw ins - system not working!
