Sensor is flawed.
Drove on the highway on Sunday the 24th of May, I lost 64 points apparently due to harsh braking, which is a lie, I query it and get told that I must watch how I brake, I was engine braking, My phone did not slide forward nore was my car jerking I geared down from 5th to 4th and let the engine slow me down while on a uphill so speed did drop but not to the point where you say it was harsh or moderate braking, this is for BOTH trips on the day. I want my points back.

We have attempted to call you but were unfortunately unable to reach you.
Please note that any harsh driving event triggered by the tracking unit will reduce your daily Drive points balance, depending on the type and severity of the event. Upon reviewing your trips for that day, our records indicate that the bulk of the brake-related points (40 points) were deducted during your morning trip, which was recorded as a passenger trip.
Trips logged as passenger trips are still scored in the same way as regular trips, with the only exception being that you are not penalized for cellphone usage. However, as an exception, we will award the full 60 points for that date. These points should reflect on your app within the next 24–48 hours.

27 May 2026, 19:20Hi There, I don't know which number you were calling from, I only had calls from Robot Spam, I'll check the number and whitelist it, Thank you for giving me the points back, I really do feel that I was driving well and braking was not harsh at all, what happened was I geared down from 5th to 4th and that dropped the speed quite a bit in a very short amount of time. But I really do appreciate that you are giving the points back.
