Sensor disc incompatibility

I opted to change insurance to discovery due to the 'great rewards' based on the app and tracker. Throughout the sales pitch as as well as tracker installation. At no point was I told the app is compatible with limited phones. Now my premium has increased due to the sensor track that I can't use. I use a Huawei phone ... And yet I can't download the app.. Advice what happens now. In really disappointed that I went through the effort all this and no one even mentions the phone incompatibility until you started paying extra
