Seamless phone in to Discovery "Road Assistance", operators who assisted me were no fuss and on the ball. My call dropped with the first operator due to bad signal my end, and before I could redial an operator was already phoning me back. If this is the prompt and professional no fuss service for a flat car battery, then Discovery "Road Assistance" are the people you want backing you when things go really wrong. From ending my call, I already had a message from a technician to say that he was 3 minutes ETA. 5 minutes later, my battery was charged and I was mobile.
