SchoolRun Peak traffic Nightmare!

We had a very stressful breakdown in Peak traffic at 7:15 in the morning on the school Run with a Car full of kids. Next level stress! Asked for an Assistant to callback on the Discovery App and we were called back within two minutes by Mpumelelo Khoza - With a calming voice and a detailed talk through as to every step of what is going to happen next and how he will be sorting us out. Really professional well Articulated and just really managed to make us feel safe and that everything was going to be ok. Flatbed truck arrived within 20minutes, they called first to introduce themselves - friendly professional guys loaded the car on the flatbed and off they went. I was even by assistant if he could arrange for me to be dropped at home. Honestly for a Mum and bunch of kids in the car it was a scary experience that was turned into a calm controlled one and all was sorted within 30min. Super super impressed! Thank you Mpumelelo Khoza!
