So my dad took out a cover and at inception specifically asked (via email) if he needed to nominate additional drivers and was informed it was an open driver policy. January 2021 he lodges a claim after my brother (who has a driver's license and was not under any influence whatsoever) got into an accident and their claims assessor Isaac and his team reject the claim on the bases of regular driver. An email of dispute was sent to claims manager (whom apparently doesn't have a telephone number only contact is email) and after 30 days and follow up emails there is still no response. Discovery Insure turned out to be a **** for my family.
