**** insurance. They give you a cheap premium and before it starts they send an email about system error which means they increase the premium

They gave me an insurance quote. JUst few days before my premium goes live, they sent me a lousy email about their system calculating my premium wrongly, as such my new premium will begin in January. Guess what, the new premium was never disclosed to me or even discussed with me. Why are you still in business with such horrible business practice.
