Saved By Retentions

I preach and praise Discovery insure, for their premiums and the cash back, when qualifying, but when it comes to service, I was ready to jump ship and move over to an alternative provider at a slightly higher price even.

However The first time I called to cancel, it must have been fate, the call cut on me and the retentions person and surprisingly I never got a call back while they knew my intention was to cancel.

Second time I called I was not accepting anything, no discounts nada, I just wanted out when my call waas taken by Kastello Govender Retentions, He is a retainer alright, as much I was telling him I am not interested in being impressed by one human working at Discovery Insure because they are few and far between there at Insure.

There is more than him that restores my faith in insurance but unfortunately with Discovery Insure they are few and far between.

I just hope Discovery can find more people like Kastello and have them in otger departments, because had I been dealing with him throughout the insure experience, I may have never ended up been put to retentions in the first place.
