<p>Moved home, phoned in to change address. Candice Naidoo at the call centre was very helpful and pleasant. My premium was reduced, the call was answered quickly even though I was warned by the robot voice that there were high call volumes. A satisfactory interaction which is the exeption not the norm these days. no complaints.</p>
