After a very bad weekend experience with Discovery Banking; the one person that stood out after being transferred to Discovery Insure was Sandile Mhlanga. Sandile, you are a person Discovery should value, rewarded and keep. You are calm and take Disovery Interest at heart. Most of all - you know your Discovery Product; and those of the other departments. If all the Discovery Sections had a person like Sandile Mhlanga (Dazzling service is what we strive for.); I would not mind waiting in line on the phone. I feel positive my problems/queries will now be addressed, as you are the main driving force.

After 2-weeks; I have regretted the excellent review; as ZERO / NOTHING has come from the results with Re-tension Centre and the bad service has continued.

Discovery have the WORST CLIENT SERVICE I have experienced; and I am now removing all my insurance and going back to OUTSURANCE.

BETTER THE DEVIL YOU KNOW; THAN THE DEVIL YOU DON'T.

As I cannot change the review STARS; I will submit a new updated one.
