This 5-star review goes to Sandile Mhlanga in the cancellation department. Unlike his colleagues, he tried his best to retain me as Discovery Insure after I had to cancel my policy because of a 50% premium increase. I was initially quoted R1800 with ) an access fee and I was paying these premiums for close to a full year until I was told a few weeks back that I was incorrectly quoted therefore I'm liable to pay double the premiums. Sandile tried to find other alternatives to find me an affordable deal the rest of the other Discovery staff members showed no care. Sandile is a true leader and represents Discovery very well.
