Sandile Mhlanga

I have had a few issues with Discovery Insurance payout and called in a few times during lock down. Although these issues where eventually corrected for the relevant months in question no one checked the reasoning for error and therefore this error continues to happen. I was fortunate to get hold of Sandile yesterday and he was so polite and helpful- proactively attempting to correct the error both retrospectively and prospectively.
