SANDILE MAHLANGA: SERVICING I believe in giving credit where it is due, which is why I am writing this review. I called Discovery and got to speak to Sandile Mhlanga at the Servicing Department. I had called to cancel my insurance. The last 2 years have been hectic and life changing and yesterday was a personal low for me, as I felt in order to cope with all the rising prices this was what I had to do. I was close to tears from embarrassment, very emotional. Sandile took charge and explained very patiently what options I could consider. After a long discussion I understood the options, and was very grateful that I did not have to subject us to being uninsured. Sandile is absolutely the epitome of professionalism, he is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and I am grateful he answered my call. i do hope his superiors appreciate him, he is a star employee.
