Same Day Turn Around Insurance Claim - Great Service !!!

On Monday 25th June 2018 i made a call to my insurance - Discovery to make a claim for my broken car keys. I was helped by Olifile Majake whose a Direct Claims Consultant . The call was easy and very comfortable. He was very friendly and immediately assist me. Within 10-15 minutes my claim was logged . He told me what was required next and gave me his details followed by an sms of the detail etc. My claim was authorized the next day Tuesday ( only because my dealership sent me the information required Tuesday morning ) and paperwork also sent and done Tuesday. Olifile responded to emails right away in fact 2 minutes of sending i would recieve a responce from him Wow !!!. I was so impressed with this service from an insurance company because i have never received such great care from my previous insurance companies . This morning i received an sms and email informing that my claim has been paid - Wow yet another Wow moment . What an awesome person you are with a great personality and such good manners . Thank you for your professionalism and for making sure that i was kept informed all the time . From the first time i spoke with you and asked you if i can speak xhosa ? if you understand ? you simply said go on i will try and understand and we laughed . To me that showed a person who is accommodating and is willing to go the extra mile . You are such a wonder person and i think an outstanding employee . I am happy you were my consultant. Discovery insurance you have a GEM !!!!! Do not ever let him go .
